A perfect pair August 9, 2014 Reviewer: HabeebAllaah TaaHaa from Newark, NJ United States   I am a work at home Professional that needs a good headset. The Pro Series Dual Ear Noise Canceling Headset allows me to have crystal clear sound as well as have the option of a USB port plug in if I am listening to any training material. My customers like the clear sound and do not complain that I sound like I am in a tunnel. I would recommend the Pro Series to anyone who has to talk to clients or customers on a daily basis. Thanks! June 22, 2014 Reviewer: Kathy   Just what I needed to work at home for Arise along with the USB cord so I didnt have to buy a different headset so that saved me money. The way this works is the headset has what is called a quick disconnect which pairs with a lower cord. There are different lower cords you can get that allow the same headset to be used wtih different things. Like the USB cord connects to the headset and then into the computer. The lower cord that comes with it is what plugs into the dial pad phone portion. Was this review helpful to you?
